Installation & Operational Guidance Policy
At Hitchmachine, we are committed to providing installation services for our machines (except pneumatic machines & applicators). To ensure clarity and alignment of expectations, please note the following terms regarding the installation and operational guidance provided:
Scope of Installation Support:
Our team will install the machine at the customer’s site or through live phone call as per standard protocols.
Basic operational guidance will be provided to familiarize the customer with machine functions and controls.
Nature of Guidance Provided:
The guidance during installation will cover essential steps to start, stop, and operate the machine under normal conditions.
This includes an overview of control systems, safety protocols, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
Training Disclaimer:
Please note that this guidance is not a substitute for full-fledged training.
Our installation support does not include skill-based training or hands-on operation practice.
A comprehensive training may be provided separately upon request subject to additional charges.
Responsibility Post-Installation:
Once the machine is installed and basic guidance is provided, the responsibility of operating the machine lies with the customer.
We strongly recommend that only trained personnel operate the machine to ensure safety and optimal performance.
